I. Purpose of the Activity: To promote high-quality local agricultural products (Tainan Danei Avocado) and enhance their application value, the Department of Hospitality of Tainan University of Technology is holding the "2026 1st National Fruit Creative Special Drink Competition." This competition invites R&D representatives from well-known hand-shaken beverage brands to serve as judges, hoping to cultivate talent in beverage innovation and R&D through industry exchange. We welcome teachers and students interested in agricultural product application and beverage formulation to form teams and participate.
II. Competition Information (Senior High School Group):
1. Participants: Students currently enrolled in senior high schools and vocational high schools nationwide. Each team shall consist of 1 to 2 members.
2. Finals Date: November 21, 2026 (Saturday).
3. Finals Venue: Tainan University of Technology (LT101 Beverage Formulation and Service Classroom).
4. Awards: First prize NT$12,000, second prize NT$6,000, third prize NT$3,000, honorable mention NT$1,000, and excellence awards. The top three works in the finals have the opportunity to be evaluated for product development by cooperating businesses; the first 30 teams to complete valid registration in the preliminary round will also receive early bird participation gifts.
III. Registration Period and Method:
1. Registration and Preliminary Submission Deadline: From now until October 26, 2026 (Monday) at 23:00.
2. Registration Method: Online registration and submission of recipe forms. Please fill out the information directly on the form designated by the organizing committee.
