I. Introduction:
The Department of Food Science and Technology at Hungkuang University of Science and Technology, in order to promote smart baking, industry practice, and green sustainable development, is holding the "2026 Smart Baking and Green Innovation Sustainable Baking Competition" Hungkuang Cup. The competition aims to encourage students to integrate smart technology and sustainable concepts into baking product design, cultivate professional skills and innovative practical abilities, and promote industry-academia exchange.
II. Eligibility and Categories:
1. Senior High School Group: Participants will form teams of 2 to register.
2. (Separate categories for national universities and colleges, and the open group, with 1 person per group)
III. Important Dates:
1. Registration Deadline: October 12, 115 (Monday), based on the postmark date.
2. Competition Date: November 13, 115 (Friday).
