[Competition Information] Shu-Te University is organizing the "2026 2nd Meimai Cup Chinese Fermented Pastry Competition." Online registration is open from now until October 1, 2027. Teachers and students are welcome to register and participate!

I. Competition Objectives:
To promote Chinese fermented pastry culture, foster the inheritance of traditional craftsmanship, and facilitate industry-academia practical exchange, Shu-Te University of Technology, in collaboration with industry partners such as the U.S. Wheat Associates, Chimei Foods, and Klin Tai Pao, is specially organizing the "2026 2nd U.S. Wheat Cup Chinese Fermented Pastry Competition." This event encourages young students to showcase their professional skills in pastry making and their abilities in creative product development.
II. Important Competition Schedule and Information:
Eligibility: All currently enrolled high school and vocational school students nationwide (special encouragement for teams from our university's Special Education Section/Comprehensive Vocational Skills Department, Animal Husbandry and Health Department, and students and teachers interested in Chinese fermented pastry making).
Online Registration Deadline: From now until October 1, 115 (Thursday).
Finalist Announcement: October 22, 115 (Thursday).
Final Competition Date: November 7, 115 (Saturday).
III. Registration Notice:
Interested students and teachers should complete the online registration directly according to the competition guidelines before October 1, 115.
