I. Competition Theme and Objectives:
Hongguo Delin University of Science and Technology, in order to promote the concept of healthy eating, is holding the "2026 AMO NEXT Baking and Dessert Innovation Competition." With "Dessert Revolution, Redefining Health" as the core theme, this competition guides participants to develop innovative baked desserts that meet modern consumer demands from aspects such as ingredient selection, nutritional balance, sugar reduction, burden reduction, and product innovation, thereby promoting industry-academia exchange and cultivating innovative baking talent.
II. Competition Information:
Eligibility: Students from public and private high schools and vocational schools nationwide (special encouragement for students and teachers from the Special Education Group/Comprehensive Vocational Department, Animal Husbandry and Health Department, and those interested in baking and dessert creation at our university to form teams and register).
Registration Method and Dates: Online self-registration. For detailed competition schedule, scoring criteria, and registration regulations, please refer to the attached brochure.

Interested students and teachers should proceed with online registration according to the regulations in the competition brochure.
