(I) Registration method: All registrations must be made online. Incomplete online registrations will not be accepted, nor will entries with incorrect group assignments.
(II) Participants in the senior high school (vocational) group, except for the calligraphy category, must attach a 100-200 character introduction to their artwork on the registration form. Handwritten introductions will not be accepted; please enter them into the registration system, and they should not exceed 10 lines. For printmaking, the type of print and material must be specified.
(III) To prevent artworks from sticking together, printmaking works must be submitted only after the ink has completely dried. If the ink is not dry, please add a transparent plastic sheet. Signatures on the front of the artwork should be in pencil, along with the number of prints and the title.
(IV) Please ensure that your school pays attention to whether the artwork specifications for participating students comply with the competition guidelines.
(V) For the drawing, graphic design, comic, ink painting, printmaking, and Western painting categories, categories requiring on-site creation will be announced separately by October 18, 115, in accordance with the national competition guidelines.
IV. As this matter concerns the important rights and interests of students, please ensure that the personnel responsible for this matter at your school and the supervising teachers read this carefully. Please also attend the briefing sessions on competition affairs and the registration website operation. Please ensure that competition information is accurately conveyed to your students and their parents to safeguard students' rights to participate.
V. The briefing sessions on competition affairs and the registration website operation will be held in the South and North Districts, as follows:
(I) To avoid compromising students' rights to participate (e.g., incorrect group registration, non-compliant artwork specifications, and missed registration deadlines), please have the school personnel responsible for this matter and supervising teachers attend. If there have been any changes in personnel responsible for this task in the 115th academic year, please attend. The bureau agrees to allow attendees to register for official leave.
