1. This lecture features Dr. Ke Wu, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan, as the main speaker.
Professor Wu will delve into how we can achieve fair interactions in an era where people are often suspicious and distrustful of each other. In this talk,
we will use simple examples from the digital world, such as 'auctions,' to give you a glimpse into the core ideas behind Professor Wu's research areas – Cryptography and Mechanism Design.

His research also examines the strategic behavior of firms in non-perfectly competitive markets, focusing on the adoption, profitability, and impact of new technologies, as well as environmental and development issues in developing economies.
