Description:
I. The Center was established by the Ministry of Education and entrusted to our university to manage all aspects of national defense education for universities and colleges nationwide.

II. This seminar will focus on the five major domains of national defense education as the main directions for each session, including: international affairs, defense mobilization, defense policy, defense technology, and national defense.

III. This call for papers is divided into two major categories: "Academic Papers" and "Teaching Experience Sharing Articles."

IV. The topics for the aforementioned "Academic Papers" will primarily focus on academic research within the five major domains. The word count for submissions should be between 10,000 and 12,000 characters (excluding footnotes). After the abstract is reviewed and approved, a complete paper will be presented at the seminar. The Center will provide an attendance fee in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education. Those who wish to submit their papers for publication in an academic book after the seminar will undergo a double-blind peer review. Upon approval, the Center will provide a manuscript fee in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.

V. The topics for the aforementioned "Teaching Experience Sharing Articles" will primarily focus on teaching experiences within the five major domains. The word count for submissions should be between 10,000 and 12,000 characters. After the abstract is reviewed and approved, a complete paper will be presented at the seminar. The Center will provide an attendance fee in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education. Those who wish to submit their papers for publication in the Center's journal "National Defense" after the seminar will have their papers published after undergoing a double-blind peer review and approval by the editorial board of the aforementioned journal.
經驗為主，來稿字數以10,000至12,000為度，經論文摘要
審查通過後，出席本次研討會發表完整論文，本中心將依
據教育部相關規定致奉出席費。研討會後有意願投稿本中
心出版之《全民國防》期刊者，將經雙向匿名審查及上述
期刊之編輯委員會同意後刊登。

Those who wish to submit either "Academic Papers" or "Teaching Experience Sharing Articles" are requested to submit the "Paper Title," "Abstract" (300 to 500 characters), and "Keywords" (4 to 5 words). VII. Call for Papers Schedule: The deadline for submissions is January 30, 2026 (Friday) (only title, abstract, and keywords are required). Review results will be announced and notified by email on February 2, 2026 (Monday). The full paper is due on April 15, 2026 (Wednesday). Papers will be presented in person at the seminar held at National Chengchi University in mid-May.
