2. To stimulate academic research in consumer protection in the country and establish a theoretical basis for the promotion of related administrative
affairs, the Consumer Protection Committee solicits research papers annually and,
after review, publishes the aforementioned journal. The call for papers is summarized as follows (see attached
document):
(1) Call for papers theme: Including (but not limited to) "Consumer Protection Policy and
Administration," "Emerging Consumer Protection Issues," "Consumer Protection Legal System
and Contracts," and "Other Consumer Protection Related Fields."
(2) Submission period: Full papers should be submitted from now until April 15 of this year. Late submissions
may not be accepted.
(3) Notes:
1. Please adhere to relevant research and writing ethics when preparing manuscripts. The main body of each paper
should be around 18,000 characters.
2. For accepted papers, remuneration will be paid in accordance with the "Key Points for the Payment of Attendance Fees and Manuscript Fees for Government Agencies and Schools" of the central government. The manuscript fee is NT$1,100 per thousand characters for the main text (excluding notes, footnotes, appendices,
and references). No payment will be made for portions exceeding 18,000 characters.
