1. To improve problems such as misprints, alterations, losses, and lengthy processes caused by traditional paper applications, students applying forofficial leavewill be required to apply online to improve administrative efficiency and implement sustainable policies.
2. System improvement highlights:
(1) Real-time record keeping, with transparent and traceable processes.
(2) Streamlined operations, saving manpower and paper, improving efficiency.
(3) Unified review and record mechanism to ensure the reasonableness of leave applications.
(4) Students can designate a responsible teacher for review, clarifying responsibilities.
3.Online leave applications are limited toofficial leave. For other types of leave (personal, sick, bereavement, menstrual, mental health adjustment leave), please continue to use the yellow student leave card.
4. Scope and approval authority for official leave:
(1) Reasons:
- Official leave for class, department, administrative unit dispatch for official business, part-time work, volunteer work, public service matters, participation in on-campus (off-campus) meetings, seminars, training, tests, celebrations, or individual consultations with class advisors, counseling office (dedicated counselors), or non-teaching staff responsible for guidance and discipline.
- Official leave related to visits, inquiries, interrogations, court appearances, individual counseling measures, or military service as determined by social welfare or judicial authorities.
(2) Approval:
Within 1 day → Head of Student Affairs Section
Within 3 days → Director of Student Affairs
More than 3 days → Principal
5. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
[Teachers and students applying for leave at the same time]: The processes are independent and do not affect each other.
[Multiple teachers requesting leave for the same student in the same period]: Please consolidate the requests and have a single teacher submit the application to avoid system conflicts.
[Can a leave application with errors be canceled?]: Both students and teachers can cancel a leave application before it is fully approved, and then reapply.
[Can applications be submitted in batches?]: Teachers can apply for multiple students in batches, while students can only apply for themselves.

8. Selection of responsible teacher for official leave:
📍 For official business in each department building, please select the department head.
📍 For re-examination leave, select the examination affairs head or the re-examination teacher.
📍 For sports meet competitions or preliminaries, select the sports section head.
📍 For club activities, select the club advisor or the activity section head.
