Q:If students use the excuse of taking attendance to play on their phones after logging in, how should it be handled?
A:Hello teacher, online attendance can be taken using computers and paper. If students are unable to use their mobile phones, they can use the class's public computers to report absences and tardiness.
Q: If a teacher is both teaching a class and is a homeroom teacher, how can they take attendance simultaneously?
A:The responsibility for taking attendance lies with the subject teacher. The homeroom teacher, in order to manage the class autonomously and to better understand individual student situations in terms of life guidance, can be granted editing rights. It is not recommended for homeroom teachers to take attendance for classes they are not personally teaching.
Q: What if the teacher edits it and the student changes it back?
A:As long as the teacher logs into the class, the system will lock it. At this point, students will lose their editing rights and will not be able to modify the attendance data filled in by the teacher. Furthermore, regardless of who takes attendance, the system will record who the editor is, greatly enhancing security and confidentiality compared to traditional paper records.
Q: What if the system crashes and attendance cannot be taken?
A:Please teachers record attendance using your mobile phone or paper first. The Student Affairs Division will promptly coordinate with the system provider for repairs. Teachers are requested to complete the supplementary registration within three days. If there are any concerns, students can also come to the Student Affairs Office to pick up a paper attendance sheet and submit it to the Student Affairs Division after filling it out.

A:5/6-5/17This is an adaptation period for online attendance, so both online and paper forms must be filled out and submitted. During this period, any issues can be reported directly, and assistance will be provided to resolve them, in order to ensure smooth operation when transitioning to fully online attendance.
Q:The attendance monitor cannot see many courses and cannot take attendance.?
A:As the attendance system is being tested and launched mid-semester, to avoid affecting grade calculations,

A:If there are two teachers for an internship class, two courses with the same class period will appear,
Q:If it is a cross-class course and proxy attendance is not possible, how should attendance be taken??
A:For temporary substitute teaching, it is recommended that the substitute teacher first usemobile phone or paperto record the absences and tardiness of that class, and then send it to the original teacher of that class. The original teacher will then assist in completing the attendance registration within three days.Students can also come to the Student Affairs Office to pick up a paper attendance sheet and submit it to the Student Affairs Division after filling it out.
