I. Introduction:
The Department of Food Science and Technology at Hungkuang University of Science and Technology is organizing the "2026 Smart Baking and Green Innovation Sustainable Baking Competition" Hungkuang Cup to promote smart baking, industry practices, and green sustainable development. The competition aims to encourage students to integrate smart technology and sustainable concepts into baking product design, cultivate professional skills and innovative practical abilities, and promote industry-academia exchange.
II. Eligibility and Categories:
1. High School Group: Participants will form teams of 2 to register.
2. (Separate categories for national universities and colleges, and open group, with 1 person per group)
III. Important Dates:
1. Registration Deadline: October 12, 115 (Monday), based on the postmark date.
2. Competition Date: November 13, 115 (Friday).
