IV. Event details are as follows:
(I) Online registration period: September 14, 115, 12:00 PM to November 27, 115, 12:00 PM.

(IV) Competition process:
1. Pre-test: December, 115.
2. Reading tasks: According to the regulations for each grade level and participant group, read books and articles, and log in to the official website to complete reading assessments. Task period: January 11, 116, 12:00 PM to April 2, 116, 12:00 PM.
