"Regulations Governing the Whistleblower Protection Act" were jointly promulgated and enacted by the Executive Yuan, the Judicial Yuan, and the Examination Yuan on August 27, 115 of the Republic of China, under the joint order of Yuan-Fa-Zi No. 1155004190A, Yuan-Tai-Ting-Xing-Yi-Zi No. 11500186621, and Kao-Tai-Quan-Yi-Zi No. 11507001211.
