Description:
I. The Internet Coordination Policy Document (ICP-2), which standardizes the five major regional Internet registries (RIRs) globally, their recognition standards, and operational guidelines, has been in place for 25 years. In response to governance crises within individual RIRs, the Number Resource Organization (NRO) began revising ICP-2 in 2022 to promote more robust management of critical Internet resources (CIR) globally.
II. The aforementioned special lecture is entirely free of charge and offers 2 hours of "Civil Servant Lifelong Learning Hours" certification. Event details (see attachment) are summarized as follows:
