Description:
I. In accordance with the Ministry of Culture's letter No. 11530174922 dated July 2, 115.
II. The Ministry of Culture has been promoting the new Wenxin Award since 114. The 18th Wenxin Award continues the spirit of reform, focusing on recognizing individuals, groups, and non-profit corporations for their outstanding contributions to promoting cultural equity, expanding cultural participation, narrowing the gap in cultural access, and fostering the development of cultural diversity.
III. In accordance with Article 5 of the "Wenxin Award Regulations," individuals, groups, and non-profit corporations may register themselves or be recommended by government agencies (institutions).
