Description:
I. In accordance with the letter of the Taoyuan City Government Youth Affairs Bureau, No. 11500050872, dated June 30, 115.
II. To assist young people in exploring career directions early, deepening their understanding of local industries, and building a complete support pathway from career exploration, workplace experience to employment transition, the Youth Affairs Bureau plans to organize the "YOUNG Next Step | YOUNG Taoyuan Career Fun" workplace experience activity. Through on-site visits to companies, industry tours, and exchange experiences, it aims to help young people understand practical workplace realities and future development trends.
III. This activity is open to young people aged 15 to 35 who meet one of the following criteria:
(I) Residing in Taoyuan City.
(II) Studying in high schools, vocational high schools, or universities/colleges in Taoyuan City. Priority will be given to third-year and fourth-year university students, graduating students, and job-seeking youth.
IV. The activity is completely free of charge. The schedule and registration forms are as follows:
(I) July 9, 115 (Thursday): Visit Advantech Co., Ltd., Formosa Plastics Museum, and Nanya Industrial Plant 3 (Registration URL: https://pse.is/YoungTao0709).
(II) July 15, 115 (Wednesday): Visit Source Fresh Smart Farm and Hong Ya Food Factory (Registration URL: https://pse.is/YoungTao0715).
(III) July 22, 115 (Wednesday): Visit Grape King Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Chang Jie Logistics Co., Ltd. (Registration URL: https://pse.is/YoungTao0722).
V. To encourage young people to participate in career exploration activities, all participants who are successfully admitted and complete any session will be eligible for a lucky draw. Prizes include Nintendo Switch 2, iPad Air 11-inch, Marshall WILLEN II Bluetooth speaker, and AirPods Pro. Participants can register for multiple sessions, but each person is only eligible for one lucky draw. The list of winners is expected to be announced on September 3, 115 (tentative).
VI. The government continues to accompany graduating students or job-transitioning youth in entering the workplace through diverse services such as career courses, company visits, workplace experience, and career counseling.
