For your information, the Taoyuan City Government Department of Education has sent a letter stating that the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology is currently organizing the Ministry of Education's "Vocational Sustainability Trailblazer Program" - [A Competition with a "Vocational" Feel -- Call for Lesson Plan Design and Teaching Practice].
This event aims to guide junior high school students in exploring their personal interests and understanding vocational education. Selected lesson plans will not only become national open educational resources but also receive a maximum reward of NT$25,000 per plan. All subject teachers (including substitute and temporary teachers) are welcome to participate individually or as a team!
👥 Eligibility:
Current teachers (including substitute and temporary teachers) and student teachers from all levels of schools in Taiwan. Participants can register individually or in teams of up to 2 people per team.
📝 Lesson Plan Design Focus:
1. Target audience: Junior high school students (design a 40-minute teaching activity for a class of 30 students).
2. Integrate daily occupations, products, and industries, linking to the professional skills of the 15 vocational high school clusters.
3. Must incorporate the assessment questions and vocational education promotional information provided by the organizers.
💰 Awards:
1. Selection Award: NT$20,000 reward for each selected lesson plan, along with a certificate of recognition.
2. Teaching Practice Bonus: An additional NT$5,000 will be awarded upon completion of teaching practice and submission of a one-page outcome report.
3. Early Bird Bonus: The first 30 teams to complete early bird registration and finish the competition by September 30th will receive an additional convenience store gift certificate!

1. Early Bird Registration: July 1, 2026, to August 14, 2026
2. Lesson Plan Submission: July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026
