Attached is one copy of the implementation plan for the "2026 Taipei-New Taipei AiFRC (Ai-FIRST Robotics Competition) National High School Playoff Implementation Plan," jointly organized by the New Taipei City Government Department of Education and the Taipei City Government Department of Education. Description:
1. In accordance with the New Taipei City Government Education Bureau's official letter No.
1151200939 dated June 24, 115.
2. The information regarding the aforementioned plan is as follows:
(1) Event Dates: Wednesday, August 12, 115 to Friday, August 14, 115.
(2) Event Location: Taipei Peace Basketball Arena (No. 28, Lane 76, Dunnan Street, Daan District, Taipei City).
(3) Participants:
1. FRC teams from various counties and cities in Taiwan are invited to participate, with a maximum of 30 teachers and students per team.
2. International FRC teams are invited to participate, with a maximum of 30 teachers and students per team. Visas, accommodation, transportation, travel insurance, and medical insurance for international teams' teachers and students coming to Taiwan shall be handled by each team independently.
3. Rookie teams should register as a school unit, with a maximum of 30 teachers and students per team.
4. A maximum of 36 teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 4 international teams.
(4) Observation: Teachers and students from all levels of schools nationwide or relevant units are invited to observe the event.
1. TechGlow Cross-Industry Technology Event: To promote robotics education, FRC teams will arrange visits for elementary, junior high, and high schools nationwide. Through group预约 visits and carnival activities, students will have the opportunity to engage with technology implementation and engineering design, fostering the grassroots development of robotics education, cultivating future technology talents, and expanding the promotional impact of robotics education.
2. The general public is welcome to attend the competition and participate in the various exhibitions, experiences, and interactive booths of the TechGlow Cross-Industry Technology Event during the event period.
(5) Competition Registration: Registration is open from now until 4:00 PM on Friday, July 10, 115. Registration is accepted by corporate certified teams or as school units. If the number of registered teams is less than 12, the competition will not be held.
(6) Competition Content:
1. The theme for the 2026 FRC competition is "REBUILT." Each match will last 2 minutes and 40 seconds. The competition content and detailed rules will be in accordance with the competition rules announced on the First official website.
2. Competition Objective: Each participating team will build a robot weighing 56 kilograms and complete tasks through alliance collaboration. Each match can be divided into red and blue alliances, with three teams per alliance. Teams will be formed by rotating participating teams on the day to compete in a points-based system. Points will be accumulated based on the wins and losses of each alliance match. Each team needs to play 10 points-based matches, and the cumulative points of each team will be calculated as the basis for selecting teams in the alliance round.
3. Alliance Round: Teams will be ranked based on their cumulative points from the points-based matches. Higher-ranked teams can choose their teammates based on their needs to form several alliances (each alliance consists of 3 teams, with the number of alliances determined by the actual number of participating teams). A double-elimination tournament will be held to determine the alliance champion.

１、TechGlow跨界科技活動：為推廣機器人教育，當日將
由FRC隊伍安排，開放全國各國中小參觀，透過團體預
約參訪及嘉年華活動，提供學生接觸科技實作與工程
設計之機會，促進機器人教育向下扎根，培育未來科
技人才，擴大機器人教育推廣效益。
２、活動期間開放一般民眾自由入場觀賽，並參與
TechGlow跨界科技活動各項展示、體驗及互動攤位活
動。
(五)競賽報名：即日起至115年7月10日(星期五)下午4時止，
以企業認證團隊或學校為單位報名，若報名隊伍數未達
12隊則不予辦理競賽。
(六)競賽內容：
１、2026FRC競賽主題為「REBUILT」，每場比賽的競賽時
間為2分40秒，競賽內容及詳細規則依First官網公告
競賽規則進行。
２、競賽目的：每參賽隊伍製作1臺重達56公斤機器人透過
聯盟之結合共同完成任務，每場可分為紅、藍聯盟，
每個聯盟共三隊，由當日參賽隊伍輪流組成，進行積
分賽，經由每場聯盟勝負累計積分，每隊需比10場積
分賽事，最後計算各隊累計積分，作為聯盟賽選隊順
序依據。
３、聯盟賽：依據積分賽中各隊累計積分高低，排出順
序，積分高者可依據自己需求優先選擇隊友，以此方
式自選組成數個聯盟(每個聯盟3隊，按實際參與隊伍
數決定聯盟個數)進行雙敗淘汰賽至產生聯盟冠軍。
