We are sending you information about labor rights teaching materials provided by the Ministry of Labor. Please assist your school in promoting their use by teachers and students.

I. In accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Labor, No. 1150142228, dated June 2, 115.
II. Considering that in recent years, students in universities, colleges, and senior high schools have often worked part-time during their spare time and winter/summer vacations,
and with graduation season approaching, graduates will be entering the workforce,
to equip students working part-time, graduating students, and new entrants to the workforce with basic knowledge of labor rights,
the Ministry of Labor has completed the production of the aforementioned labor rights educational materials in the year 115.
III. The aforementioned labor rights educational materials are explained as follows:
(I) "Workplace Master's Handbook" manual:
The content includes information on labor rights protection at different stages such as "job seeking," "employment," and "career change." The electronic version of the manual
is available on the Ministry of Labor website (https://www.mol.gov.tw/) under the Business Zone/Labor Relations/Labor Education section, and on the "National Labor Education e-Network"
(https://labor-elearning.mol.gov.tw/) under Non-Audio-Visual Materials/Youth Employment Materials.
(II) "Part-time Job Complete Guide" video: In 113 and 114, the Ministry of Labor performed the labor education stage play "Part-time Job Complete Guide" at 20 senior high schools,
and produced educational videos. The content conveys information on labor rights concepts that senior high school students need to possess when working part-time or entering the workforce in the future,
The videos are available on the "National Labor Education e-Network" under Audio-Visual Materials/Implementation of School Labor Education.
(III) E-learning materials such as "Labor Rights and Obligations of Part-time Workers": These provide information on job seeking safety, summer part-time job essentials, etc., and are available on the TaiwanJobs website
(https://job.taiwanjobs.gov.tw/) in the Youth Part-time Job Zone.
IV. Attached is one copy of the "Workplace Master's Handbook" for your reference.
