National Taipei University of Education is organizing the "115th Academic Year Bachelor's Degree Program for Elementary School Full-time Counselors"

1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1150043866, Department of Teacher Education, dated May 27, 115.
2. Admission targets:
(1) Graduates of universities or independent colleges accredited by the Ministry of Education with a bachelor's degree.
(2) According to Article 2 of the "Enforcement Rules for the Student Counseling Act," one of the following conditions must be met:
1. Graduated from a public or private university in Taiwan with a major in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
2. Possess a certificate as a counseling psychologist.
3. Possess a certificate as a clinical psychologist.
3. Class schedule: On the principle of maintaining the total number of class hours, the class dates are generally scheduled from September 15, 115, to December 31, 117. Classes will be held during weekdays and holidays in winter and summer vacations, or in the evenings (online) and on holidays during the semester, as a general rule. Depending on the course arrangement, some courses may need to be conducted on regular weekdays during the semester.
The actual class schedule will be based on the planning of the instructors.
4. Application method: Applications will open on June 22, 115. Please mail the application form and supporting documents as specified in the admission brochure. The deadline is July 10, 115 (postmark date applies).
5. Selection method: Review of written materials and an interview. All required forms are detailed in the admission brochure.
6. Fee standard: Tuition fees and miscellaneous fees for admitted students: NT$4,900 per credit hour, and NT$3,000 per semester for miscellaneous fees.
