116 Academic Year University Multiple Admissions Program National Parent/Student Regional Information Session Activity Information
I. Purpose
Our association annually holds the "University Multiple Admissions Program National Parent/Student Regional Information Session" to ensure parents and students fully understand the changes in the university multiple admissions program for the current academic year, publicize various admission and examination information, and engage in interactive exchanges with parents, students, and relevant groups.
II. Organizing Units
(1) Guiding Unit: Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education
(2) Organizing Unit: Joint University Entrance Examination Committee
III. Target Audience: Primarily for parents and students in their final year of high school applying for the 116 academic year's admissions. Those interested in the 116 academic year's university admissions and examination system are also welcome to attend.
IV. Registration Information
(1) All in-person sessions require online registration, open from now until August 3rd (Monday) at 5:00 PM, or until full (registration is on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached). Registration website: https://forms.gle/ARXefm9tTHekzEda8.
(2) For online live streaming sessions, to accommodate parents/students unable to attend in-person sessions; considering network traffic, registration is limited to 200 participants and will close once full. The Google Meet link will be sent separately before the event. Registration opens on August 31st (Monday) at 9:00 AM. Registration website: https://forms.gle/GN23AL2X4UwznBb76.
(3) Each registration form is limited to one session.
V. Important Notes:
(1) Materials for this information session will be provided on the day of the event.
(2) The video courses for the 116 Academic Year "University Multiple Admissions Program National Parent/Student Regional Information Session" are expected to be available on our association's official website in the video section (https://www.jbcrc.edu.tw/) by the end of September, after the information sessions.
(3) Pre-event notifications are expected to be announced on our association's official website under "Latest News > Unit News" and sent via email one week prior to each session. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or visit our official website.
(4) During on-site discussions, please state your name and your area (for parents) or your school (for students). After speaking, please submit your comment card to the staff for meeting record and consolidation.
(5) To promote environmental protection and implement energy conservation and carbon reduction policies, please use public transportation to reach the venue as much as possible, and bring your own water bottle/cup.
