3. To promote the participation of young students and disadvantaged groups, the aforementioned course offers tuition fee discounts.
Students enrolled in universities (including graduate students, excluding in-service programs) aged 30 and below can apply for a half-price discount of NT$6,000 upon completion of the training and passing the exam.
