Informs the Ministry of Environment to organize the "Net-Zero Green Talent Training Course", providing tuition discounts for (prospective) university and college students, encouraging students to register and participate. Please check.

Description:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Zi (6) No. 1150048289A dated May 12, 115,
forwarded the Ministry of Environment's letter Huan Bu Shou Yan Zi No. 1155105180 dated May 8, 115,
for processing.
2. To cultivate the talent needed for our country's net-zero transition, the Ministry of Environment has collaborated with 37 universities nationwide
to offer the aforementioned 48-hour course, covering topics such as "Climate Change and Greenhouse Gas Management," "Greenhouse Gas Inventory Operations," "Voluntary Greenhouse Gas
Reduction Operations and Reduction Credits," and "Product Carbon Footprint." The registration fee per person (excluding accommodation and meals) is NT$12,000 (hereinafter referred to as the same).

3. To promote the participation of young students and disadvantaged groups, the aforementioned course offers tuition fee discounts.
Students enrolled in universities (including graduate students, excluding in-service programs) aged 30 and below can apply for a half-price discount of NT$6,000 upon completion of the training and passing the exam.

4. The aforementioned tuition fee discounts also apply to the graduating students of senior high schools in the year 115.
Students can take advantage of the free time after the 115 academic year's university entrance exams (Xue Ce, Xue Xing, and Tong Ce) to register for the training in advance, explore green careers, and apply for the NT$6,000 tuition discount after being admitted to a university and obtaining proof of enrollment.
