Attached is one copy of the "Survey Form for Schools Interested in Participating in the "Promoting Labor Education into Schools Lecture Program"". Schools interested in participating should complete and return the survey form by Monday, May 25, 2026. Please be advised.

Description:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Labor's letter No. 1150141837 dated May 7, 115.
2. To strengthen youth labor awareness, the Ministry of Labor is organizing a "High School Labor Rights Course"
to enhance labor rights knowledge and job-seeking scam prevention knowledge.
3. Schools interested in participating should fill out the intention survey form before the deadline and
reply to the department's contact person via email (email: e-22c5@mail.
k12ea.gov.tw) without a cover letter. Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. The information for the aforementioned matter is as follows:
(1) Lecture title: Labor Education Safety In-School Promotion Lecture.
(2) Participants: Second and third-year high school students.
(3) In-school lecture sessions and times (choose 1 for in-school promotion):
1. September 5, 115 (Wednesday) from 9:30 AM to 10:10 AM.
2. September 6, 115 (Thursday) from 9:30 AM to 10:10 AM.
3. September 7, 115 (Friday) from 9:30 AM to 10:10 AM.
5. Attached is 1 copy of the aforementioned survey form.
