Forwarding the Hakka Affairs Council's encouragement for your school to actively participate in the Hakka language learning program, to enhance the overall coverage and usage rate of the Hakka language. Please be informed.

Description:
1. In accordance with the letter from the Hakka Affairs Council, Ref. No. Hakka-Yu-Tzu-1156700354, dated May 11, 115 [2026].
2. To enhance the Hakka language proficiency of younger generations, the Council is allocating "Hakka Coins" administrative resources.
3. Through an incentive mechanism, it combines the participation of schools, families, and communities to naturally integrate the Hakka language into daily campus life and public spaces, achieving the goal of preserving Hakka language and culture.
4. The "Hakka Coins 2.0" policy is scheduled to be launched in September 115 [2026]. It will shift from simple consumption to Hakka language revitalization.
5. The beneficiaries include students aged 18 and under in the 115 academic year who are enrolled in Hakka language courses and participate in the Council's "National Primary and Secondary School and Kindergarten Hakka Immersion Teaching Plan" and "Hakka Language Integration with the 12-Year Basic Education Curriculum Implementation Plan," as well as teachers, Hakka families recognized by the Council in 115 [2026], and those who have passed the Hakka language proficiency certification. Application qualifications and methods will be announced separately.
6. Please actively join the ranks of promoting Hakka language education, and encourage students to enroll in local language (Hakka language) courses and take the Hakka language proficiency certification exam to enhance the Hakka language ability of the younger generation and increase the overall coverage and usage rate of the Hakka language.
