Description:
I. To promote cross-cultural exchange and understanding between new immigrants and various ethnic groups in Taiwan, and to build a social environment where diverse ethnic groups can participate together, Kainan University's USR project "AI New Vision Era", Kainan University's Higher Education Deep Cultivation Project, the Department of Film and Creative Media, and the Department of Information and Communication are jointly organizing the "Multicultural New Images Film Festival 2nd Student Image Creation Competition and Kainan's Beauty 10th Photography Competition".
