National Taiwan Normal University's "Analysis Strategy for the English Argumentation and Presentation Competition 3.0 – 'Skillful Argumentation Shop' Vocational High School Student and Teacher Workshop" Implementation Plan encourages teachers and students to actively register and participate. The topic for this year's National High School English Argumentation and Presentation Competition "Assigned Topic" is also announced. Please be informed.

Description:
I. Activity Objectives: Through professional instructor guidance and practical exercises, deepen the English critical thinking skills of teachers and students in vocational and comprehensive high schools, and assist them in understanding the content of the 115 English Critical Thinking Presentation Competition. Even if you are not interested in participating, you are welcome to register to learn English argumentation and response skills.
II. This Year's Prepared Presentation Topic:
“Should off-campus workplace internships be mandatory for students in vocational high schools and specialized tracks of comprehensive high schools in Taiwan?”
III. Workshop Practical Focus: The morning session will focus on this year's prepared topic, conducting basic critical thinking exercises and AI preparation tool operations. The afternoon session will combine practical critical thinking examples with life applications, providing presentation templates for impromptu practical exercises, emphasizing teamwork and logical presentation. Awards will be given based on individual and group performance.
IV. Activity Time and Location: July 10, 115 (Friday), Taichung Municipal Sha Lu Industrial Senior High School.
V. Target Audience: Teachers and students from vocational and comprehensive high schools nationwide, with a maximum of 5 participants per school, and a total limit of 50 people.
VI. Registration and Selection Schedule: Registration Deadline: Please complete the online registration by May 8, 115 (Friday). (Registration form link: https://forms.gle/CAMRXbmewi8PG3hs5) Announcement of Selection: The list of selected participants will be announced in May 115.
VII. Certificate of Participation: Teachers who participate in the entire session will receive 6 hours of training credit; students who participate in the entire session will receive an electronic certificate of participation.
VIII. Official Document: Attached is 1 copy of the implementation plan and the Study Guide for the prepared topic.
三、工作坊實作重點：上午場以本年度指定題為核心，進行思
辨基礎演練與 AI 備賽工具操作 。下午場結合生活化思辨
實例，提供簡報模板進行即席實作演練，強調團體合作與
邏輯發表 。活動將依個人及小組表現積分給予獎勵 。

五、報名對象： 全國技高及綜高專門學程師生，每校至多 5
人，上限 50 人 。
