Description:
I. To enhance the English expression abilities of senior high school students and cultivate a strong language foundation for international engagement,
this bureau is organizing the aforementioned activity. Schools are requested to conduct preliminary competitions by October 2, 115 [2026], and recommend quotas based on the number of classes for registration in the regional finals.
II. Registration period for the aforementioned regional finals (details in the implementation plan): From 8:00 AM on September 11, 115 [2026] (Friday) to 5:00 PM on October 2, 115 [2026] (Friday).
Registration for the regional finals of this competition will be conducted online. Please visit the competition's promotional website at (https://gov.tw/4t7) for registration procedures. (For non-school-based students' registration times and participation methods, please refer to the implementation plan).

IV. Copies are sent to the Education Bureaus of all municipalities and county governments, requesting their assistance in informing students participating in non-school-based experimental education at the senior high education level who do not have school enrollment about the competition.
