Description:
I. To enhance the English expression abilities of senior high school students and cultivate a strong language foundation for international engagement,
this bureau is organizing the aforementioned event.
II. The registration information and organization details of the aforementioned competition are as follows (please refer to the implementation plan for further details):

(I) Number of participants: Students can be selected regardless of grade level to represent their schools. Each of the 5 major categories can have a maximum of 1 to 2 participants.

(II) Schools shall complete the online registration process for participating students from the registration start date: September 11, 115 (Friday) at 8:00 AM,
to the registration deadline: October 2, 115 (Friday) at 5:00 PM.

(III) Competition date and time: November 7, 115 (Saturday) from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

(IV) The speech topics will be formulated by the examination committee appointed by this bureau and announced before September 10, 115 (Thursday)
on the website for the National Secondary School English Essay and Speech Competition promotion by the Ministry of Education (website:

/1V8), and the topic will be drawn on the day of the competition.

IV. Copies are sent to the education bureaus of all municipalities and county governments, requesting their assistance in notifying students participating in non-school-based experimental education at the senior high school level who have not yet obtained school enrollment, about the relevant matters of the aforementioned competition.
