Attached are the implementation plans for the "National Senior High School Student 'English Composition' and 'English Speech' Competition" for the 115th academic year. We encourage students to actively register and participate. Please acknowledge receipt.

Description:
I. To enhance the English expression abilities of senior high school students and cultivate a strong linguistic foundation for international engagement,
the Ministry is organizing the aforementioned activity.
II. The registration information and organization details of the aforementioned competition are as follows (please refer to the implementation plan for
details):
(I) The preliminary round of the aforementioned competition will be organized by each school and must be completed before October 2, 115 (Friday). All students in the school can participate. The competition questions and student scores shall be kept by the school for record.
II. Regional finals registration period: From 8:00 AM on September 11, 115 (Friday) to 5:00 PM on October 2, 115 (Friday). This competition's regional
finals will be registered online. Please visit the aforementioned competition website for registration procedures (https://gov.tw/1V8).
(III) Number of participants in the regional finals: 1 to 2 outstanding students will be selected from each grade to participate in the finals; schools with a total of 25 classes or fewer will recommend 1 student, and schools with 26 classes or more will recommend 2 students.
(IV) Dates and times of the regional finals:
1. English Essay Competition: The competition will be held simultaneously at the organizing schools in each region at 10:00 AM on October 31, 115 (Saturday).
2. English Speech Competition:(1) North 1 District: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM on November 15, 115 (Sunday).(2) North 2 District: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM on November 14, 115 (Saturday).
(3) North 3 District: 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM on November 10, 115 (Tuesday).
(4) Central District: 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM on November 17, 115 (Tuesday).
(5) South District: 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM on November 9, 115 (Monday).
(V) Participant certificate download: Participant certificates must be downloaded and printed by the participating schools. Download will be available from October 16, 115 (Friday).

IV. Copies are sent to the Education Bureaus of all municipalities and county governments, requesting their assistance in informing students participating in non-school-based experimental education at the senior high school level who do not have school registration about the aforementioned competition.

(２)北2區：115年11月14日（星期六）上午9時至下午1時30分。
(３)北3區：115年11月10日（星期二）下午1時至5時30分。
(４)中區：115年11月17日（星期二）下午1時至5時30分。
(５)南區：115年11月9日（星期一）下午1時至5時30分。
(五)參賽證下載：一律由參賽學校自行下載列印，於115年10
月16日（星期五）開放下載。
