I. In accordance with the Hakka Affairs Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Hakka Council") letter dated March 19, 115 (2026), Ref. No. 1156700189.

II. To complete the learning materials and online learning resources for national language education, the Hakka Council,
in accordance with the "National Language Development Act" and the "12-Year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines
General Principles," has established the "Lai Shang Ke - 12-Year Basic Education Hakka Language Learning Portal."
The portal includes digital Hakka learning materials for elementary, junior high, and senior high schools across five dialects, assisting teachers
in selecting materials by grade level and fully integrating them with the Hakka language curriculum guidelines. This allows students to learn independently using computers and
mobile devices, promoting the teaching and use of the Hakka language.
III. From now until April 16, the Hakka Council will be hosting
two "National Online Competition Events - Solo Ranking Competition" on the aforementioned learning portal. Students participating in the competition
have a chance to win prizes such as tablet computers, e-readers, smartwatches, and Bluetooth earphones, with a total of 135 exquisite prizes. For details of the competition, please refer to the attached event brochure.

IV. In addition to the two new solo ranking competition events, the aforementioned portal also offers a "School (Inter-school) Activity Competition" format. Teachers can establish eligibility for participation under a class name
and then choose any game to compete between classes or schools, aiming to foster camaraderie among students and build team spirit.
