Inform the Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior about the implementation of the "114 Academic Year New Residents and Children Empowerment and Scholarship (Award) Program".

(I) Application and Award Announcement Period:
1. Application Period: From February 23, 115 (Republic of China calendar) to March 23 of the same year. Complete the online application through the New Immigrant and Children Empowerment and Scholarship (Award) System (hereinafter referred to as the System, URL: https://sp.immigration.gov.tw). Print the application form with a serial number (please sign) and the list of applicants from the System. Submit the printed documents along with relevant supporting materials by mail to the National Immigration Agency (Ms. Hu, Immigration Affairs Group, 15 Guangzhou Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City 10066) by March 30, 115 (Republic of China calendar). The postmark will be the basis for timeliness. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. Award List Announcement: Scheduled for the end of May, 115 (Republic of China calendar).
(II) Eligibility: New immigrants and their children.
(III) Awards and Amounts Issued:
1. Awards Issued: Includes the Presidential Education Award for Children of New Immigrants, Special Talent Award for Children of New Immigrants, Outstanding and Needy Scholarship (Award) for New Immigrants and Their Children, and Certification Award for New Immigrants.
2. Amounts Issued: Scholarship (award) amounts ranging from NT$2,000 to NT$50,000 will be awarded based on the applied award category. (NT$ refers to New Taiwan Dollars hereinafter).
(IV) Application Method:
1. For applications for the "Presidential Education Award for Children of New Immigrants," "Special Talent Award for Children of New Immigrants," "Outstanding Scholarship for New Immigrants and Their Children," and "Needy Scholarship for New Immigrants and Their Children," applications must be submitted through the "current school" via the System.
2. For applications for the "Certification Award for New Immigrants," applications must be submitted by the "applicant" via the System.
