Announcement regarding the application for the Scholarship for Needy and Outstanding Students in Secondary and Higher Education Institutions in Chiayi City for the 2nd semester of the 114th academic year.

Application Requirements:
( 1 ) Students who have been registered in Chiayi City for more than 6 months, are currently enrolled in junior high schools in Chiayi City, or in senior high schools or above in Taiwan (excluding Open University, cram schools, continuing education schools, night classes, extension programs, cooperative education programs, graduate institutes, and in-service programs), and whose families are genuinely impoverished and meet the specified criteria, are eligible to apply for this scholarship starting from the second semester of their first year.6months or more, attending junior high schools in Chiayi City, or senior high schools or above in Taiwan( excluding Open University, cram schools, continuing education schools, night classes, extension programs, cooperative education programs, graduate institutes, and in-service programs ) enrolled students, whose families are genuinely impoverished and meet the specified criteria, are eligible to apply for this scholarship starting from the second semester of their first year.
( 2 ) Senior high schools (including the first to third years of five-year junior colleges): An overall academic average of 80 points or above for the semester, with no records of unexcused absences or disciplinary actions during that semester.
2. Scholarship Quotas and Amounts: Senior high school group (including the first to third years of five-year junior colleges): 20 recipients, each receiving NT$ 3,000.
3. Application Materials
(1) One application form.
(2) One copy of the previous semester's academic transcript.
(3) Record of awards, punishments, and attendance.
(4) A copy of the household registration or a transcript of household registration. For low-income or middle-low-income households, a certificate of low-income or middle-low-income status must be provided.
