Description:
1. In accordance with the Indigenous Peoples Affairs Council's letter of Indigenous Education No. 1150006818 dated February 10, 115.
2. To strengthen the professional knowledge of Indigenous language promotion personnel (hereinafter referred to as "language promoters") and to establish a systematic training mechanism, the Indigenous Peoples Affairs Council plans to introduce a model of "intensive training" and "practical exercises" to systematically cultivate language talents through centralized training.
In addition to receiving a training allowance, trainees will be assigned as language promoters upon completion of the training. This "training and employment integration" approach is adopted to ensure the stability and continuity of language promoters, hence the organization of this training.
3. Training targets and qualifications:
(1) Training targets: Those who aspire to become language promoters.
(2) Eligibility: Must possess a certificate of proficiency in the Indigenous language proficiency test at the intermediate-high level (including listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
4. Training time and location:
(1) Training time: From April 15, 115 to December 11, 115, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Adjustments will be made flexibly based on actual arrangements.
(2) Training location: College of Continuing Education, National Taiwan Normal University (No. 129, Section 1, Heping East Road, Taipei City).
5. Registration time and selection method:
(1) Registration time: From now until 5:00 PM on March 5, 115.
(2) Selection method:
1. Document review (30%): Review items include proof of Indigenous language proficiency, relevant academic and professional experience, Indigenous language promotion experience, and content of the application form.
2. Interview (70%): Evaluation items include basic Indigenous language expression and communication skills, understanding and willingness to engage in Indigenous language promotion work, practical experience, adaptability and service stability, and willingness to cooperate with intensive training and subsequent assignment.
6. Free accommodation (NTNU Hall) will be provided during the training period. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on class days (eco-friendly cups and utensils must be brought by participants).
7. Each person will receive a monthly allowance of NT$29,500 during the training period. If a participant withdraws mid-program or fails to comply with the assignment service, they shall repay 50% of the training allowance received.
8. Training regulations:
(1) All trainees must participate in the Indigenous language proficiency test. Those who fail to pass the test shall repay 50% of the training allowance received.
(2) Trainees will be assigned upon completion of the training based on their test scores, service willingness, and regional needs.
(3) If a trainee forfeits their qualification after assignment or fails to serve as a language promoter for a full 2 years as required, they shall repay 50% of the training allowance received.
(4) Trainees are required to obtain a certificate of proficiency in the "Indigenous Language Proficiency Test" at the advanced level or above within 2 years of their appointment.

力、對原住民族語言推廣工作之認知與投入意願、實
務經驗、應變能力及服務穩定度、配合集中培訓及後
續分發服務之意願。
六、培訓期間提供免費住宿（師大會館），上課日提供早、午
餐（須自備環保杯及餐具）。
七、研習期間每人每月發給新臺幣2萬9,500元整，如中途退訓
或未能配合分發服務者，應償還所領50%學習津貼。
八、培訓相關規定：
(一)參訓學員皆須參與族語能力檢測，未依通過檢測者，應
償還所領50%學習津貼。
(二)參訓學員依測驗成績、服務意願及區域需求於結訓時分
發。
(三)結業分發後放棄資格或未依規定擔任語推人員工作服務
滿2年者，應償還所領50%學習津貼。
(四)參訓學員應於到職後2年內取得「原住民族語言能力認證
測驗」高級以上合格證書。
