Description:
I. To align with the Ministry of Education's 108 Curriculum Guidelines for promoting space science and technology education, the Ministry of Education's Geography Discipline
Center and the National Space Organization are organizing the "2026 Remote Sensing Image Application Workshop"
Through lesson plan training, we aim to enhance teachers' abilities in remote sensing image data analysis and application,
enabling teachers to guide students in inquiry and learning, thereby increasing students' interest and analytical skills in remote sensing imag
ery.
II. This center is organizing the aforementioned workshop. For registration details and important notes, please refer to the attached implemen
tation plan. Workshop session information is as follows:
(I) Northern Session: Time: March 17, 115 (Tuesday), 8:30 AM to 4:40 PM, Location: Hsinchu County Government
Building
(II) Central Session: Time: April 2, 115 (Thursday), 8:30 AM to 4:40 PM, Location: Cunshang Elementary School, Dacun Township, Changhua County
(III) Southern Session: Time: March 14, 115 (Saturday), 8:30 AM to 4:40 PM, Location: Datong Senior High School, Pingtung County
III. We kindly request your school to encourage geography teachers and interested teachers to participate, and to grant them official
(business) leave and arrange for substitute teaching.
IV. Teachers interested in participating must register online. Workshop information will be sent via email confirmation after registration review
and approval. Please pay attention to your registration email.
V. In case of any changes to the workshop activities, the latest announcement will prevail. Please closely monitor the National
Space Organization website, the Geography Discipline Center website, and the FB fan page for announcements.
