Attached are the "Guidelines for Central Government Agencies to Implement Staff Quota Management," "Principles for Organizational Adjustments of the Executive Yuan and its Affiliated Agencies," and "Guidelines for Staff Quota Transfer and Management in Conjunction with Organizational Adjustments of the Executive Yuan," as stipulated by the Executive Yuan, which will take effect on December 31, 114. Additionally, 9 regulations or measures, including the "Principles for Competent Authorities to Implement Staff Quota Management After the Enforcement of the Central Government Agencies Staff Quota Act," will cease to apply on the same day. Please acknowledge and disseminate.
