Description:
I. To reward and cultivate talent in illustration and text creation, inspire all-around artistic creation, and promote
parent-child reading and enrich students' artistic cultivation and imagination, the National Student Picture Book Creation Competition is specially organized.
II. Winners of this competition will receive a certificate of commendation from the Ministry of Education, as well as cash prizes to encourage participation. All enrolled students are eligible to participate. The competition is divided into the following categories: elementary school lower-middle grades, elementary school upper grades, junior high school, senior high (vocational) school, and university/college. The submission period is from March 1, 115 (Republic of China calendar) to April 30 (postmark date; late submissions will not be accepted). All submissions must be made online.
III. To achieve the benefits of promoting art education, the principals and supervising teachers of schools whose winners are in senior high (vocational) schools or below will be commended by the Ministry of Education through the respective municipal and county (city) education administrative authorities, in accordance with their responsibilities.

三、為達推廣藝術教育之效益，高級中等(含)以下學校獲獎者
之學校校長及指導教師，由本館函請各縣市(含直轄市)主
管教育行政機關依權責優予辦理敘獎。
