Eligibility:
1. Graduates (including current year graduates) from public or private senior high schools, vocational high schools, or above, established by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan, or graduates (including current year graduates) from overseas senior high schools, vocational high schools, or above recognized by the Ministry of Education,
or those who meet the qualifications stipulated in Article 2 of the Regulations for the Recognition of Equivalent Academic Qualifications for University Entrance.

2. Must possess indigenous status. The identification of indigenous status shall be handled in accordance with Article 2 of the Regulations for the Advancement of Indigenous Students and Overseas Study Scholarships for Indigenous Students.
