教育部國民及學前教育署辦理「補助高級中等學校參加教育部主辦之114 學年度全國藝術教育競賽」一案，請查照。

Description:
1. In accordance with the "Operational Guidelines for the Ministry of Education's Subsidies for Secondary and Elementary Schools to Organize Arts Education".
2. The principles and budget allocation for this subsidy are as follows:
(1) Eligible recipients: Secondary schools supervised by the Ministry of Education.
(2) Subsidized groups: Group category, calculated based on the actual number of students participating in the competition (excluding instructors).
(3) Transportation expenses:
1. Calculated based on round-trip train (Chu-Kuang) or bus fares from the school to the competition venue.
If applying for subsidies for chartered buses, the amount shall not exceed the total amount calculated above, and each bus should ideally accommodate 25 or more passengers.
2. For outlying island counties and cities (Penghu County, Kinmen County, and Lienchiang County), actual round-trip airfare and one day's accommodation will be subsidized.
3. Schools located far from the competition venue may, after considering transportation conditions, allocate accommodation fees (e.g., for remote or inconveniently located areas where travel time is too long and affects competition time), and provide supporting documents such as the competition schedule or travel time proof. The Ministry will determine the subsidy amount based on budget availability and review results.
4. Meal expenses will be subsidized at NT$700 per student, generally for one day. If meal expenses are subsidized, miscellaneous meal expenses will not be provided. However, for students from outlying islands, the subsidy may be extended to a maximum of 2 days depending on the competition schedule (chartered bus arrangements are also subject to this limit).
(4) Miscellaneous meal expenses: Students will be subsidized NT$100 per person.
3. Attached are the "Application Form for Subsidies for the 114th Academic Year National Performing Arts Competition Finals" and "Notes for Application for Subsidies for the 114th Academic Year National Arts Education Competition," each in one copy.
Please fill out and stamp the above documents accurately, attach the list of participating students, and mail them to the private Ling Tung Senior High School in Taichung City by January 19, 115 (Monday) for processing. Please also send an electronic copy to moe@lths.tc.edu.tw simultaneously. Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. The subsidy amount for this case is still subject to the Ministry's budget and the application status of each school. To ensure effective use of funds, the execution rate of each school's budget will be considered for future subsidy applications.

助金額。
４、膳宿費每生補助新臺幣（以下同）700元，以1日為原
則。補助膳宿費者不再補助膳雜費，惟離島地區學生
因其比賽場天次情況特殊者，以不超過2日為限（租車
亦同）。
(四)膳雜費：學生每人補助100元。
三、檢附「114學年度全國表演藝術競賽決賽補助經費申請表」
及「114學年度全國藝術教育競賽補助申請注意事項」各1
份。上開資料請核實填具蓋印，並檢附學生參賽名冊後，
於115年1月19日（星期一）前函送臺中市私立嶺東高級中
學彙辦，併請同時寄送電子檔至moe@lths.tc.edu.tw，逾
期不予受理。
四、本案補助金額仍需視本署預算及各校申請狀況核定，為使
經費有效運用，各校經費執行率將納入日後相關申請補助
參據；相關問題請逕洽臺中市私立嶺東高級中學藝術教育
活動專案辦公室（04-23898940，分機69、71）。
