Description:
I. To respond to the competency-oriented teaching development of the 108 curriculum and to assist teachers in strengthening their financial literacy education curriculum design and interdisciplinary integration capabilities, our foundation, in collaboration with Taipei Fubon Bank,
is organizing the "Youth Financial Health Campus Empowerment Program" pilot run with teacher training workshops in Taipei and Kaohsiung.
II. This event combines insights from the "2025 Youth Financial Health Baseline Survey," which found significant gaps in financial literacy, financial confidence, and fraud awareness among adolescents aged 15 to 18. To enhance the basic financial health capabilities of soon-to-be social newcomers and to empower them with knowledge about financial fraud risks,
there is an urgent need to integrate more adaptive and practical financial education courses into the teaching field.
III. Through the guidance of Fubon's professional instructors and curriculum design, this workshop will assist teachers in integrating four major financial literacy themes (budgeting and saving, investment and wealth management, consumer behavior, and financial fraud prevention) into their specialized vocational courses and life and career education,
thereby establishing applicable curriculum modules.
IV. Event Information:
(I) Target Audience: Teachers from public and private senior high schools, vocational high schools, and junior colleges nationwide (all departments are welcome).
(II) Quota: 50-60 teachers will be recruited for each session on a first-come, first-served basis.
