Campus Announcement
The Examination Yuan Order states that the "current agency" and the "other agency" to which a civil servant is to be transferred, as referred to in Article 22, Paragraph 2 of the Civil Service Appointment Act, shall be determined by the location of the office where the individual actually serves in the agency. This determination is to be made in relation to whether the child's actual place of residence is located within the same special municipality or county (city).
