The Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has commissioned the Affiliated Senior High School of National Chung Hsing University to organize the "2025 Career Film Festival".

The activities for this case are as follows:
(I) Online Career Film Festival:
1. Target Audience: Teachers and students from public and private senior high schools and correctional schools nationwide who are interested in career issues.
2. Registration Open Time: Registration is open from now on, on a first-come, first-served basis, and will close when full.
3. Serial Number Distribution Time: After confirming the registrant's information, the film festival serial numbers will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
4. Participation Method:
(1) During the registration period, please visit the "Career Film Festival" section on the Ministry's Student Career Guidance website (https://friendlycampus.k12ea.gov.tw/Career) to obtain viewing serial numbers. Each person can apply for a maximum of 2 serial numbers for different movies.
(2) When registering, please use the email address provided by your school or your Cloud-based Education account Email (must end with .edu.tw or moj.gov.tw). Registrations using other email addresses will not be accepted.
(3) If you have obtained a serial number and wish to participate in the "Fill out the questionnaire to share your thoughts and enter a lucky draw" activity, please watch the films by November 17, 114 (Monday) at 23:59 and complete the feedback questionnaire online. If you do not participate in the aforementioned activity, the serial number can be used until November 30, 114 (Sunday) at 23:59 at the latest.
5. The films are for individual viewing only. The content of the films is for personal learning and career exploration purposes only and may not be publicly broadcast, collectively screened, or used for any other purpose in any form.
6. For the film list and detailed information of this film festival, please refer to the implementation plan and activity poster for this case.
(II) Fill out the questionnaire to share your thoughts and enter a lucky draw activity:
1. Target Audience: Those who have registered for the film festival, obtained a serial number, and completed viewing the films.
2. Activity Period: From now until November 17, 114 (Monday) at 23:59.
3. Participation Method: Visit the "Career Film Festival" section on the Student Career Guidance website (https://friendlycampus.k12ea.gov.tw/Career)
to fill out the viewing feedback questionnaire and share at least 200 words of viewing experience, and submit a personally signed affidavit to enter the computer random lucky draw. Each serial number is limited to one questionnaire submission. Only valid serial numbers provided by this film festival can be used; serial numbers not issued by this film festival are not eligible for the lucky draw.
4. After completing the following two steps, you can participate in the computer random lucky draw:
(1) Please go to the "Career Film Festival" section on the Ministry's Student Career Guidance website (https://friendlycampus.k12ea.gov.tw/Career) to fill out the viewing feedback questionnaire and share at least 200 words of viewing experience.
(2) Participants must upload a personally signed color electronic file (PDF or JPG) of the "Attachment 2 - 114th Year Career Film Festival Viewing Experience Affidavit of Non-AI Generation (or Collaboration)" when filling out the online feedback questionnaire.
(3) Lucky Draw Prizes: 1 instant camera, 1 wireless Bluetooth speaker, 1 pair of wireless Bluetooth earphones, 2 power banks, 50 NT$100 convenience store gift certificates, 50 NT$50 convenience store gift certificates.
(4) Lucky Draw List Announcement: The list will be announced on November 20, 114 (Thursday) on the Student Career Guidance website (https://friendlycampus.k12ea.gov.tw/Career), and winners will be notified by email.
