📝 Job Requirements
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and record-keeping of relevant equipment in the plant.
Forklift operator license and/or a certificate for operating fixed cranes with a lifting capacity of three tons or more is preferred.
Experience or certification in equipment electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair is preferred.
Must be able to work on shifts, rotate shifts, and work overtime. Some shifts offer a daily allowance of NT$150-400.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
💰 Salary and Leave
Monthly Salary: NT$36,000 and above (salary will be determined based on individual qualifications, experience, and certifications); shift work required.
After passing the probation period, a special bonus will be awarded every six months, averaging NT$2,000 per month. An excellent year-end bonus, performance bonus, and various benefits are also provided. (Total bonuses in the last three years averaged over NT$300,000)

※ The job title and salary will be determined by the company after the interview.
Monthly Leave: 8-11 days off per month, with at least 2 days of rest per week (including regular holidays and rest days). Annual leave will be in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
🎓 Certification Requirements and Benefits
Certification Requirements: Class C Technician for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installation and Repair, Class C Technician for Forklift Operation, Class C Technician for Industrial Wiring, Class C Technician for Indoor Wiring, Class C Technician for Power Distribution Line Installation and Repair, Aerial Work Platform Operator.
