[Employment Group Announcement] The Chinese Association of Social Welfare - Announcement for the application of the "115th Year Award for Disadvantaged Youth Passing the National Technical Skills Test". Please inform eligible youth.

I. To encourage disadvantaged youth aged 15 to 22 to obtain certificates through the National Technical Skills Test to enhance their employment competitiveness, our association has established the "Guidelines for the Reward Fund for Disadvantaged Youth Who Pass the National Technical Skills Test." Applicants shall prepare the required documents, submit them to social welfare institutions for compilation, and then apply to our association.
II. Those who have received the reward fund for Class B technical certificates from our association are not eligible to apply again.
III. Eligibility: Youth aged 15 to 22 receiving services from social welfare institutions and meeting one of the following conditions:
(1) Economically disadvantaged: Possessing the status of low-income household or low-and-middle-income household for the current year.
(2) Applicant is currently in placement.
(3) Other disadvantaged youth receiving services from institutions.
IV. Reward Fund and Quotas:
(1) A reward fund of NT$8,000 per person will be provided for Class B or above technical certificates, with a quota of 25 recipients.
(2) Each institution is limited to recommending 3 individuals. Institutions should rank their recommendations in order of priority as a reference for our association's review.
(3) Our association may flexibly adjust the above quotas based on the actual application situation.
V. Application Period: May 4 to May 20, 115. Your assistance is appreciated.

(2) Compile the required documents for each applicant according to the recommended order and mail them by registered post to our association (2nd Floor, No. 7, Section 1, Roosevelt Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City 100215) by May 20 (postmark date as proof), for review.
VI. Attached are one copy each of the aforementioned reward fund guidelines, application announcement, and applicant information form.
