IV. Event details are as follows:
(I) Online registration period: From 12:00 PM on September 14, 115, to 12:00 PM on November 27, 115.

(IV) Competition process:
1. Pre-test: December, 115.
2. Reading tasks: According to the regulations for each grade level's competition group, read books and articles, and log in to the official website to complete reading assessments. Task period: From 12:00 PM on January 11, 116, to 12:00 PM on April 2, 116.
