Description:
I. To shorten the urban-rural gap, implement science education, and integrate social resources, this museum has planned the aforementioned activity. We aim to combine the museum's educational resources and the strength of all sectors of society to inspire children's interest in science. The activity plan is attached. We sincerely invite children from schools in non-urban/non-metropolitan and remote areas to participate.
II. The summary of the activity plan is as follows:
(I) Period of Activity: From now until November 30 of this year (115).
(II) Registration Deadline: From now until August 31 of this year.
(III) Eligible Participants: Students from senior high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools in non-urban/non-metropolitan and remote areas.
(IV) Expenses Covered: Including museum admission tickets, movie tickets, experience facility fees, DIY material fees, meal expenses (lunch bento), transportation fees, and accommodation fees, etc.
III. We kindly request your bureau (department) to assist in informing your subordinate agencies and schools and encourage schools to apply enthusiastically. Those interested, please apply by letter, attaching the following documents:
(I) Activity Plan Application Form.
(II) Student Visit Roster.
(III) Envelope Cover for Sending DIY Material Package and Pre-visit Questionnaire.
IV. This case adopts a "written review" system. Applications will be reviewed and approved based on the completeness of the application materials and the order of receipt.
