Description:
I. In accordance with the "Guidelines for the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration on Promoting Indigenous Languages in Senior High Schools
Education and Subsidy."
II. To subsidize the aforementioned registration fees, please those who have registered for the "2026 1st
Ministry of Education Taiwanese Hokkien Language Proficiency Test," March 14, 2026, Hakka Affairs Council
"2026 Hakka Language Proficiency Intermediate and Advanced Certification," and March 23, 2026
National Cheng Kung University "2026 Spring National Taiwanese Language Certification Test" for senior high school
teachers currently employed within the establishment (including long-term substitute teachers) to the "Indigenous Languages/Taiwanese
Sign Language/New Immigrant Language Education Database System (Website: https://ipse.
k12ea.gov.tw; use Google Chrome browser) to apply for registration fee subsidies.
The application method and related operational instructions are as follows:
(I) Application Method (If you are not applying for a subsidy, you do not need to fill out the form):
1. Teachers must fill in their information within the deadline and upload scanned images of their admission tickets with the examination stamp
or certificates and transcripts.
2. Download the roster, get it stamped, and upload it.
3. In accordance with the "Act on the Prevention of Conflict of Interest for Public Officials," please download the
"Disclosure Form for Relatives' Identity and Relationship" from the system, fill it out, get it stamped, and upload it.
(II) Work Schedule:
1. School Reporting: July 1, 2027, to July 17, 2027.
2. Administration Review: July 15, 2027, to July 31, 2027.
3. Submission of supplementary documents for the "Letter of Undertaking for Supplementary Documents": Mail to the contact person's mailbox by August 15, 2027
(Email: e-1359@mail.k12ea.gov.tw, Ms. Chen).
(III) Registration Fee Subsidy Amount:
1. Ministry of Education "Taiwanese Hokkien Language Proficiency Test" subsidy of NT$ (hereinafter
the same) 250.
2. Hakka Affairs Council "Hakka Language Proficiency Certification" subsidy of NT$ 250.
3. National Cheng Kung University "2026 Spring National Taiwanese Language" subsidy of NT$ 2,500.
(IV) Subsidy Standard: Full subsidy for public and private senior high schools and senior high schools under government agencies.

III. If you do not have an account in this system, please register first. If you already have an account but have not logged in for more than 6 months,

IV. If you cannot obtain the admission ticket with the examination stamp and transcript at the time of reporting, please fill out
a "Letter of Undertaking for Supplementary Documents" and upload it. If the application information is incomplete or false, the subsidy will not be granted.

VI. To encourage teachers to participate in indigenous language certification, schools may develop incentive measures and provide commendations
according to their authority. However, teachers may not apply for duplicate subsidies for the same matter.
