Description:
I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1150055517, dated June 8, 115.

II. It will be announced on the competition's official website by October 18, 115, whether on-site creation will be piloted.
If on-site creation is to be piloted, the pilot categories, guidelines, time,
and location will also be announced.
III. Please strengthen the promotion to participating students and supervising teachers to implement correct intellectual property concepts and creative
attitudes. Please read the key points and competition rules carefully, understand the responsibilities related to creative participation, and do
not infringe on others' copyrights or engage in imitation, plagiarism, ghostwriting, or clear misappropriation of others'
creativity, or other violations of the competition rules.
