Description:
1. In accordance with the National Taiwan Science Education Center (hereinafter referred to as the Science Center) letter of June 2, 115 (2026), Science Promotion No.
11504002750.
2. The 7th Taiwan Science Festival in 2026 will be held from November 7 to November 15 of this year (115).
The Science Center will organize the "5th. Science Showdown - Science Demonstration Competition" to allow
students to transform from observers to educators, unleashing their creativity and designing science demonstrations.

3. The details of the aforementioned competition are as follows:
(1) Eligibility: Students from the 3rd grade of elementary school to the 3rd grade of high school nationwide can
register individually or as a team, with a maximum of 3 people per team.
(2) Awards:
1. First Place: 1 group, prize money NT$6,000.
2. Second Place: 2 groups, prize money NT$3,600.
3. Third Place: 3 groups, prize money NT$2,000.
4. Honorable Mention: 6 groups, prize money NT$1,000.
5. Best Instructor: 3 individuals, prize money NT$1,000.
6. Most Popular Award.
(3) Competition Procedure: The competition consists of two stages: an online video submission for the "preliminary round" and an on-site practical demonstration during the Science Festival for the "final round."
