Description:
I. To assist students in self-directed learning, National Chung Hsing University offers advanced placement courses to help students
improve themselves, get ahead in their studies, and prepare for the transition to university courses and career exploration.
II. Eligibility: Students from vocational high schools and high schools.
III. Course Description:
(I) A total of 20 online courses will be offered, using "asynchronous online teaching." The system will be accessible for 2 hours,
allowing students to learn flexibly online at their own pace. Upon completion of all course chapters and meeting the study hour requirements, and passing the post-course quizzes, students will receive
a certificate of completion.
II. Students who obtain a certificate of completion (learning credits) for the advanced placement courses may apply to have these credits counted towards general education learning credits upon enrollment at our university.
If the accumulated credits meet the requirements during their studies, they may be counted as general education credits.
(III) If the number of course registrations exceeds capacity, priority will be given to economically disadvantaged students and students from our university's strategic alliance schools.
IV. Course Information:
(I) Registration Period: From June 2, 2026, 10:00 AM to June 9, 2026, 4:00 PM.
(II) Study Period: From July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
(III) Certificate of Completion: Certificates of completion will be available for download from August 18, 2026, 10:00 AM to August 31, 2026, 4:00 PM.
