Informs the Ministry of Environment to organize the "Net-Zero Green Talent Training Course", providing tuition discounts for (prospective) university and college students, encouraging students to register and participate. Please check.

Description:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Zi (6) No. 1150048289A dated May 12, 115,
forwarded the Ministry of Environment's letter Huan Bu Shou Yan Zi No. 1155105180 dated May 8, 115,
for processing.
2. To cultivate the talent needed for Taiwan's net-zero transition, the Ministry of Environment has collaborated with 37 universities nationwide
to offer the aforementioned 48-hour course, covering topics such as "Climate Change and Greenhouse Gas Management," "Greenhouse Gas Inventory Operations," "Voluntary Greenhouse Gas
Reduction Operations and Reduction Credits," and "Product Carbon Footprint." The registration fee per person (excluding accommodation and meals) is NT$12,000 (hereinafter referred to as NT$).
3. To encourage participation from young students and disadvantaged groups, the aforementioned course offers tuition fee discounts.
Students currently enrolled in universities (including graduate students, excluding in-service programs) aged 30 and below who complete the training and pass the exam can apply for a half-price discount of NT$6,000.
For low-income households and individuals with disabilities, a full tuition waiver of NT$12,000 can be applied for.
4. The aforementioned tuition fee discounts also apply to the graduating class of senior high schools in 115. Students may take advantage of the free time after the College Entrance Examination, the Star Plan, and the Unified Entrance Examination for vocational students in 115 to register for the training in advance and explore green careers. Once admitted to a university and provided with proof of enrollment, they can also apply for the NT$6,000 tuition discount.
5. Classes are being progressively offered in the northern, central, and southern regions by major universities in 115 (including National Taiwan Normal University, National Central University, National Chung Hsing University, National Cheng Kung University, and National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, etc.).
